    studentsOur MISSION at Charlotte Upham Patterson Elementary School is to create a learning environment that is challenging, nurturing, safe, and inspiring.  We are committed to fostering academic excellence, encouraging self-sufficiency, and promoting high expectations for all students.  We will partner with the Patterson community to instill within each student a love of learning as we guide students on their paths to becoming productive members of society.
