    Welcome!

    Welcome to third grade! My name is Miss Lalicata. I am very proud to announce that this will be my first year teaching 3rd grade in CUSD. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling internationally, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I am looking forward to an amazing year in 3rd grade at Conley! Go Coyotes!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education & Special Education with a Structured English Immersion certification from Grand Canyon University. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction from the same university. This will be my first year teaching in CUSD and my first year teaching at Conley Elementary.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My goal is to create a safe learning environment that is positive, respectful and fun. My mission is to motivate students and teach strategies that encourage them to be life-long learners. I recognize that all students are individuals with diverse learning styles. I believe that each student has something unique to offer.
