    Hello! I'm Ms. Peters, orchestra teacher at Hartford, Ryan, Bologna, and CTA Independence. This is my 6th year of teaching, and first year with the Chandler schools. On this page, you will find information about orchestra, including supplies and concert dates.

    My Education and Professional Background

    Originally from Ohio, I recieved my bachelors of music from Youngstown State Univesity, and my teacher training from Cleveland State University. I also have training in Orff, Kodaly, and Suzuki pedagogy.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My philosophy of education is that given the right supports, every child can and will succeed. I implement this philosophy in my classroom by including a variety of scaffolding methods to support different learners and their learning needs.
