About
Witte...
Welcome to 5th grade where we challenge ourselves, foster community, and find exciting ways to learn and grow together every day!
My Education and Professional Background
I earned my Masters Degree in Elementary Education in 2007. Prior to that, I worked as a Tax Accountant with Deloitte & Touche and PF Chang's. I earned Bachelor's Degrees in Accountancy and Finance in 2001, and a Masters of Taxation in 2003. I love being a student almost as much as I love being a teacher! I am a lifelong learner and I encourage my students to do the same. I have always taught in Chandler in the fifth and sixth grades.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe each and every child has the potential to bring something unique and special to the world. Learning is a lifelong adventure that includes much more than academics. My hope is that my passion for teaching will ignite a passion for learning in my students. I believe that a strong partnership between home and school will produce the most effective impact on our learners. I look forward to getting to know each of my students and their families.
