General Information
The AzSCI is the statewide Science achievement test for Arizona students in Grades 5, 8 and 11 (or Cohort 2023). All Arizona public school students in Grades 5, 8 and Cohort 2023 will take the grade level AzSCI State Assessment. Chandler Unified School District will administer this computer-based test to students.

Student Readiness Tool
Parents and students can also access the Arizona Achievement Student Readiness Tool (SRT). This online platform provides examples and video tutorials on how to navigate the Achievement tests (AASA & AzSCI) and use all the embedded tools. It also provides an explanation for each item type that students may see on their test. You may access the SRT from the website linked below.

Sample Tests
The AzSCI Sample Tests are now live and can be accessed through Pearson's TestNav platform. From home.testnav.com, click on Arizona, then click on Mic Check & Sample Tests. This link and instructions are also provided on the AzSCI webpage and the Educator Resources webpage.
