The CARE Center is registering families for our annual holiday distributions. Register in person at the CARE Center from September 3rd through October 4th from 8am to 3pm.

This is a one family per household only event, please bring:

• Picture ID
• Proof of address (Chandler Residents or CUSD Families ONLY)
• Proof of school enrollment (CUSD Parent Portal) for all school age children
• Birth certificate for all children not in school

You must be registered to participate. Please note that in order to serve more families, you may only register for assistance at one Chandler agency.

Thanksgiving Distribution is Saturday, November 23rd from 8 to 10 am

Toy Distribution is Saturday,  December 21st from 9 to 11 am

You will also need to bring a registration receipt the day of distribution. These distributions will be drive up ONLY. We will NOT be able to assist walk-up clients.

Immunization Clinic
