MENTORSHIPS - INTERNSHIPS - CAREERS (MiC) PROGRAM

-
The MiC program is designed to prepare students for workplace success through a pre-internship course and hands-on learning experiences. This process assists CUSD students to develop their career and education goals.
- Students (ages 16-18) gain valuable industry-relevant and real-world experience outside the classroom as a capstone to their work-based learning experience.
- Students refine not only their industry-specific knowledge, but also their essential employability skills for future success.
From mastering resume writing, honing public speaking abilities, and understanding proper financial literacy, we ensure students are well-prepared for the demands of their future careers.
-
What Can MiC Offer Students?
- Students develop valuable exposure to industry-relevant, real-world experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
- Fosters the development and enhancement of students' professional skills in a specific industry.
