The Resource Center provides streamlined access to approved digital tools, platform support, and technology guidance for staff, families, and students. Explore district-supported applications, including Google, Microsoft, and Apple. Learn about the digital resource approval process and access tools to support teaching and learning.

Student Devices
The 1:1 Device Guide will help provide up to date information about your district device.

Elementary Students
- In grades K-2, students are assigned iPads. These devices are stored in a locked charging cabinet, on-site, and do not go home.
- Students in grades 3-6 on elementary campuses are assigned Chromebooks. These devices are stored in a locking charging cabinet, on site, and do not go home.
Junior High School Students
- Students in grades 7-8, as well as 6th graders at ACP-MS, AJHS, and BAMS, are provided with Chromebooks. These devices are used daily for in-class learning and are taken home for homework, requiring students to bring them fully charged each day.
High School Students
- At our high school campuses, students are issued Windows or Chromebook laptops. These devices are used daily for in-class learning and are taken home for homework, requiring students to bring them fully charged each day.
Approved Digital Tools & Applications
- Access the AZ Student Data Privacy Alliance Database to view approved apps and signed agreements.
- Explore our Core Suite of CUSD Apps - also known as the Teacher Stack - which includes Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Clever, and more.
- Request a new digital resource by following the CUSD Approval Process for instructional tools.
Apple Resources
- Apple education resources including learning guides, video tutorials, and resources that are designed to support instructional planning, creativity, and skill development for both teachers and students.
Google Resources
- Use Google for Education to create, collaborate, and engage students in learning.
- View Google Tool Access by Grade Level to see what’s available for students districtwide.
- Share Google Support Resources for Families to help with access, navigation, and digital safety.
Microsoft Resources
- Access Microsoft 365 tools like Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Get help with logging in and troubleshooting accounts.
- View guides for using Microsoft tools in the classroom and at home.
Technology Resources for Families
- Find help under Community Links with Infinite Campus accounts, Parent Portal access, and student passwords.
- Download quick-start guides for school-issued devices and common tools.
- Access digital citizenship and safety resources for school and home support.
