Chandler Children's Medical Clinic
The Chandler Children's Medical Clinic is a partnership with Dignity Health and volunteer medical providers, ensuring access to no-cost medical care and treatment for youth. In order to qualify for services, children must:
- Reside in Chandler and/or attend a Chandler Unified School District School; and
- Currently be uninsured. Sorry, we cannot provide care to insured patients and those with AHCCCS (Medicaid); and
- Be 18 or under
The Clinic provides basic pediatric services including well-checks, treatment of minor illness or injury, sports physicals for CUSD athletes, and care for some chronic and co-occurring diseases and disorders. We do not provide emergency care.
In partnership with the Dignity Health Building Blocks for Children program, children up to age 18 may receive access to hearing and vision screenings. Dignity Health also provides immunizations free of charge to uninsured/underinsured youth and at a minimal administration fee of $15 for uninsured and underinsured adults. Free flu shots are available to all during peak flu season. Click HERE to see a list of immunization clinic dates in English or Spanish.
All services are provided at no cost to patients thanks to our funders and partners. Your support helps us continue to provide compassionate care to children in need. To learn more about making a tax-exempt or tax credit eligible donation, please click here.
