Chandler Children’s Dental Clinic
serving Chandler youth ages birth – 18
The CARE Center Dental Clinic is a four operatory facility providing no-cost dental services to eligible children thanks to generous funding support from City of Chandler, Chandler Unified School District, and Chandler Compadres. We partner with Dignity Health’s Chandler Regional Medical Center Children’s Dental Clinic and St. Vincent de Paul Clinic as well as private dental volunteers.
Chandler Regional Medical Center (CRMC) provides services for children from first tooth - 18, including dental exams, dental cleanings, fluoride varnish treatments and dental sealants, and oral health education for the family.
CRMC also provides dental screening, fluoride varnish, and oral health education for kids 0-5 through a grant from FTF. These services are available by appointment - please call 480-812-7903 to schedule.
No-cost restorative dental services for uninsured children birth – 18 are provided in partnership with St. Vincent de Paul and volunteer providers.Services include fillings, basic extractions, root canals and crowns, and more.
Restorative services are limited to uninsured children 2-18 who live in Chandler and/or attend a CUSD school, through referral from CRMC's preventive program only. Please call 480-812-7920 for more information.
