    Welcome to Automation and Robotics and 3D Design Modeling! I love my job and I feel privileged to be a teacher. The kids fill my days with new knowledge and many touching moments. I am looking forward to another wonderful year at ACP!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been teaching more than 15 years in both junior high and elementary gifted education. Teaching is my second career – my initial career was in design and planning as well as computer-aided design (CAD). After having my own children, I became passionate about education and earned my teaching certificate through Arizona State University. Gifted Endorsed K-12, Middle School Mathematics Endorsed, SEI Endorsed, Bachelor's Degree in Applied Human Ecology from Bowling Green State University.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I embrace teaching as an opportunity to inspire and empower children. Each student is on a journey of intellectual, personal, and social growth. As a teacher, I recognize that I am one guide on that journey. All students will enter my classroom with unique backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and views. Each student receives and perceives information differently. Therefore, the path each child takes is exclusive. Every path contains obstacles and it is my responsibility to assist each individual child in overcoming these challenges. I am a facilitator for each child's growth. Teachers have the ability to stimulate imagination, energize students to achieve their goals, and ignite their spirit. I embrace the responsibility of this challenge.
