• network to OneDrive H Drive Space Increase

Our network storage is less useful and less spacious compared to cloud storage, which is much more available than it was when users got access to an H drive. Therefore, IS is no longer accepting requests for increased H drive storage.

Users who are reaching the maximum capacity of their H drive are encouraged to set up OneDrive sync on their computer. OneDrive has the following benefits over the H drive:

    • 1000 times the storage capacity
    • access at work, home, and on mobile devices
    • ability to share and collaborate on files with colleagues and/or students

CUSD teachers and staff can set up OneDrive sync on their computers by following these instructions. Once the sync is set up correctly on your computer, your OneDrive will show up as a folder on your computer just like your H drive does. By opening up both your H drive and your OneDrive folders at the same time, you can easily drag files from your H drive to your OneDrive to transfer them to the cloud.
