• Mrs. Griffin’s Geometry class will be using the Big Ideas Geometry textbook as a resource to explore, practice and apply the concepts laid out in the Arizona College and Career Ready Standards for Geometry.  Students will be given personal accounts to access the online textbook.  In this course, we will focus on problem solving strategies, algebra concepts, geometric concepts, applications, and testing the validity of conjectures. Students will use reasoning and communication skills within real-world problem solving situations throughout the course.  Students will be responsible for completing their assignments in their math notebooks, showing all work as evidence of understanding.
