Thank you for those who have stayed current with the tour payments.  I persoanlly aprpeciate it!

Please see the linked spreadsheet for the latest update, as of 16 January 2024.  Your Total Income should be at least $520.00.  If you are below this amount, please make the necessary payment to bring your account current.  Thank you!

2023-10-27 Payment Update  Use this link to check your student's balance

Next Tour Payment:  $160 | Due: 2 October

The next tour payment will be due no later than 2 October.  The amount for this payment is $160.

I have attached a snapshot of my internal spreadsheet detailing funds already received on behalf of each student current as of 12 Sept 2023.  Please review this spreadsheet to determine how much of the $160 payment needs to be made for your specific student.

Specifically, your student's Total Income should be no less than $200 by 2 October.  (This comprises the $40 deposit and $160 payment.)

Register Your Student with WorldStrides

As we begin coordinating with our tour company, it is important that parents/guardians register their student with WorldStrides.  This should only take a minute by following these instructions:

• Visit worldstrides.com/register
• Use Trip ID:  209223

If you could please complete registration by Wednesday, 6 September, that would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

The online payment portal is now established so that you may begin making payments.  I have included a link to a PDF document with detailed information on how to make the payment.

Payment Instructions - UPDATED

A few reminders:

• $40 deposit due by 1 September 2023
  
  
• Select Tax Credit option if you would like your payment to be tax credit eligible
  • Recall:  Tax credit payments are not refundable
