• The Link Crew freshman orientation and transition program is designed to both welcome and support freshmen by assigning them a junior and/or senior Link Leader as a mentor during this first year on campus. This Link Leader is a responsible older student who was hand selected from a large pool of applicants, and has met qualifications of leadership and positivity towards their peers and Basha High School.

    Following is some information to let you know what you and your student can expect in advance of their first day of school.

    • Orientation is on Monday, October 12th, 2020 from 7:00-9 AM. at Basha High School. Y
    • Please do not to bring backpacks, purses or other like items as the day is quite active.
    • Because of all of the activity, be sure to wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement but still adheres to school dress code.

    This is a student only function. Students who normally ride the school bus will be picked up at their regularly scheduled bus stop and time, and will be dropped off after the conclusion of orientation (9:00 AM.). Students who do not ride the bus should be dropped off at BHS between 7:00 and 7:15 AM., and picked up at 9:00 AM. behind the school near the Main Gym.     Specific to 2020 Orientation: 

    „Please wear a face mask and bring a water bottle

    „Buses will pick up at normal time (check Infinite Campus for bus info)

    „Parents, please drop off in the student parking lot on Riggs and Black Hills.

    „ Students will be placed into small groups and led by upperclassmen link leaders

    „Enjoy a campus tour, make new friends, and learn about life as a Basha Bear!
