Welcome to Basha High Marketing, Entrepreneurship & School-Based Enterprise, where all students are members of DECA. With nearly a 70-year history, DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.
My Education and Professional Background
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education, both from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining the Chandler Unified School District I spent 10 years teaching for Mesa Public Schools and I also teach part time for Gateway Community College. Teaching is my second career and my passion. Prior to entering the field of education I enjoyed success in professional sales and marketing and in public relations. I am hap
My Educational Philosophy
I want to encourage my students to challenge themselves, to reach higher and dream bigger. While this may make them feel outside of their comfort zone, it may also open new doors and bring new found strength that will help them succeed not just in high school but throughout their lives.
