Hello, my name is Dirk MacGregor and this is my first year here at Basha High. My family and I love to travel. We also enjoy movies. I am an avid cook and enjoy sharing a good meal with friends. I am looking forward to a great school year!

I began teaching in the Chandler Unified School District in 1995. I have been an elementary classroom teacher, district-wide Instructional Specialist, Human Resources Operations Coordinator, a junior high teacher, and now a high school teacher. Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University, Portland OR Master's Degree from Pacific University, Forest Grove OR
My Educational Philosophy
Students in my class will study history and geography in meaningful and exciting ways, as there will be a focus on multiple intelligences, cooperative learning, rigor, and relevance.
