• Dual Enrollment

    Basha Bear
The Dual Enrollment Program is the result of an agreement* between the Chandler Unified school district and participating community colleges and universities. Basha High School's  Dual Enrollment Program is a great way for our students to get a jump start on their college education.

The Course Equivalency Guide (CEG) on the AZ transfer link here shows how courses transfer from community college to ASU, NAU and UofA.  Be aware that the ability of a course to transfer does not indicate how the course will apply to meet requirements or specific bachelor's degrees.

Currently Basha is partnered with Chandler/Gilbert Community College (CGCC), Scottsdale Community College, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for a variety of dual credits.

Students pay tuition at the community college rate and financial assistance is available through the colleges to those who qualify. For more information on tuition assistance at CGCC, click here.

Additional information about dual enrollment can be found from Chandler/Gilbert Community College here and information from Emery-Riddle Aeronautical University can be found here.

Local community colleges have indicated they will give college credit if the student successfully passes the course with a "C" or better.

All Dual Enrollment students will take these courses here instead of at the community college or university.

All in-state universities accept the dual enrollment and many out of state do as well. However, students should verify with their choice school before enrolling in the class.
