Welcome!

Hello and welcome to Dr. O's Perry High website. For most of you, this is your senior year. Congratulations on making it this far. I'll be working with you this year to do what I like to say get you across the stage. I'm looking forward to working with both students and parents.

My Education and Professional Background

I hold a bachelor of science in secondary social studies and a master of arts in curriculum and instruction/elementary education from New Mexico State University (Go Aggies). I also hold a doctorate of philosophy (PhD) from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils). I have 19 years of teaching experience that breaks down into the following: 1 year of 6th grade; 4 years of 5th grade; 3 years of 7th English/Language Arts; 7 years of 8th Grade English/Language Arts; 4 years of 10th Grade World History and AP World History.
