Dual Enrollment is available this year in all 3 levels of Culinary. There is a total of 6 credits available in each class.
Culinary 1 will cover both Culinary Basics and Breakfast/Garde Manager for 6 credits
Culinary 2 will cover Bakery and Pastry as well as Hot Foods for 6 credits.
Culinary 3 will cover Culinary Math as well as Catering for 4 credits.
After completing 16 credits, students can receive a certificate of completion in Culinary Fundamentals.
You must be enrolled in the dual credit program in order to receive college credit.
