Professional Background: I am entering my 23rd year of teaching English/Language Arts. I have taught at both public and private schools here in Arizona and in Hawaii. This is my 8th year at Perry High School. I earned my bachelor's degree in English from Willamette University (Salem, OR) and my master's degree in secondary education from Chaminade University of Honolulu.

 

Personal: I was born and raised in Hawaii, attended college in Oregon and Hawaii, and have spent the past 12 years in beautiful Arizona. I enjoy reading, traveling, and mountain biking. I really love football and soccer. I coach the mighty Pumas and I am a huge ASU Sun Devil fan!
