Welcome to Mrs. Popham's Government Class!
Government at Perry High School is a semester-long course designed to engage students in an exploration of the United States Government System. Students will be investigating the history and foundations of democracy in America, the three branches of our federal government, the U.S. Constitution, civil rights, politics, elections, political parties, and what responsibilities we have as citizens. Students will also engage in thoughtful conversations about the complex society we live in, including Arizona' political system & comparative world government systems.
