• Tryout Information

    When: Monday, July 22nd - Monday, July 29th (Subject to change; depending on number of athletes)

    Where: 7th Grade Baseball Field. Located on the North side of the school (elementary side)

    Time: Monday, July 22nd: 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM

              Tuesday, July 23rd - Monday, July 29th: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

     

    Important Information:

    *All athletes must be cleared on Aktivate (formally Register My Athlete).

    *Parents/guardians are NOT allowed to attend/watch the tryout process.

    *Athletes must check in with Coach Thomas before the start of every try-out day.

    *Any athlete that arrives 10 minutes after the start time will not be allowed to try-out for that day.

    *All-Star and Club attire IS NOT allowed to be worn during the try-out process (batting helmets are okay).

    *Metal spikes are NOT allowed. Must wear rubber spikes or turf shoes.

    *Athletes must provide their own equipment (no sharing is allowed).

    *Athletes must provide their own water.

     

    Depending on the number of athletes trying out, athletes may be split into 2 groups after the first day. Group 1 will try-out on Tuesday, July 23rd and Thursday, July 25th. Group 2 will try-out on Wednesday, July 24th and Friday, July 26th.

    If there are a large number of athletes trying out, there will be 2 cuts. The first cut will be made on Friday, July 26th, at approximately 5:00 PM. 

    If your child makes the first cut, there will be one more day of tryouts on Monday, July 29th at 7:00 AM. With the second cut being made that evening at approximately 5:00 PM to finalize the 2024-25 7th grade team.
