Update: Monday, March 30, 2020:
Bummed!! Unfortunately there will not be a Track and Field Season this year. I will leave the information below for those of you who would like to still do some workouts. Consider this an extended off-season. Take advantage of the opportunity to work on your own to make individual improvements. Then when you do get a chance to compete against someone else, you will have the advantage over the ones who did not train during this time.
Throwers and Jumpers your resources are limited, sorry.
Jumpers, you should do the spirnter's workouts and throwers do some strength exercises and when we get to practice with impliments you can work on technique.
There are 22 days before we MIGHT have a track meet (April 16th). I suggest working out 2 days and take the 3rd day off until you feel like you are getting in better shape. Then try to work out 3 days and take the 4th day off and so on.
Our warm-up would have been 2 laps on the track (800m). After warming up, do some dynamic stretches about 20 yards each.
Dynamic Stetches: walk on toes, walk on heels, scoops, frankensteins, high knee tucks, high knees, quad pulls, butt kickers, skiping, backward skipping, giant skips, backward open the gate, carioca (both directions), shuffle (both directions).
Throwers Strength Exercises:
Squats - 3 sets of 20
Squat Jumps - 3 sets of 10-15
Lunges - 3 sets of 15-20 (each leg)
Calf Raises - 3 sets of 20
Sprinters (100, 200, Hurdles, 4x100:
Build ups - 10 (Football field length: start slow 20-30 meters, full speed 40-50 meters, slow down last 20-30 meters)
Distance (400, 800, 1600, 4x400:
Go on some 1-2 mile jogs or ride a bike 3-4 miles.
Do some static stretching (standing or sitting).
Final Note: The schedule you see below will obviously be modified and I will let you know as soon as I know. This quarantine businis keeps us from meeting together to train but don't let it keep you from being your best. Track and Field does keep track of points earned for a team score but your coaches are more concerned with your individual accomplishments and improvements.

Great job boys and girls winning the meet on Thursday, 5/2 at PHS.
Here are the results from the Tuesday, 4/30 meet at Perry HS.
I did not see team scores for our meet at Chandler HS, however here are the idividual results.
Our boys amd girls outscored Payne and Willis to win the meet on Thursday, 4/18.
I have compiled results from as early as 2008-09 Season.
It is great to see some of this season's athletes get on the list.
Meets Begin at 4:30 and end around 6-6:30.
