23/24 AIA Forms

Establish or Access an Aktivate Account

Physical Forms must be uploaded to a student's Aktivate Profile AND

approved before they will be eligible for Tryouts!

Overnight/weekend uploads will not be reviewed until the next Business Day!

Documents MUST be uploaded AND approved no later than the first day of Tryouts

Quarter 2 Sports

Tryouts October 18-20

Girls' Softball

7th & 8th Grade Tryouts will be after school

7th field located on elementary side/ 8th field Located off of Chandler Heights

Boys' Basketball

7th Grade: Wed.- Fri. 4:15-6:00 p.m. SJHS Gym

8th Grade: Wed-Fri. 7:00-8:30 a.m. SJHS Gym

Tennis Coed

Tryouts will be held after school.

                                                                                                                                            Tennis courts off of Chadler Heights Rd.

Tuesday matches begin at 3:30 p.m. & SATURDAY matches begin at 9:00 a.m.

Students must arrange their own transportation for Saturday matches.

Cross Country Coed/No Cut

In an effort to streamline the Athletic Clearance process, Chandler Unified School District has gone paperless.  Santan Jr High only accepts online registrations for athletes.

You may print and take these AIA forms to your physician.

 The AIA Physical forms are also available at the end of the "Aktivate" registration process.

Sports Physicals for the upcoming 2023/2024 school year must be completed after March 1, 2023 and must be on the correct AIA forms.  Physicals done before March 1st will not be eligible for Athletic Clearance.

**All Athletic fees will be paid ONLINE though the Infinite Campus Parent Portal!  Please make sure you have a Username/Password.** 

Santan Junior High is a member of the East Valley Conference, which includes eight other junior highs (including five others from the Chandler Unified School District). Santan sports seasons coincide with our academic quarters. Sports seasons and their sports are listed below.
