Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Victoria Wilson is a senior at Chandler Online Academy who has done so much outside of the traditional school setting. She has not only completed her traditional course work, but she has also completed the Veterinary Assistant Program at EVIT (East Valley Institute of Technology), and she attended and completed a program at the Academy of Equine Dentistry in Idaho. Attending online school has allowed Victoria to keep a rigorous academic course load and be very involved in her passion of working with horses. On top of all these accomplishments, she also received an appointment to the Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY! We are so proud of Victoria and all she has done, but we cannot wait to see all that she will continue to do. The sky is the limit for this young lady! Chandler Online Academy Seniors Highlights
Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Kenadie Cooper has attended all four years of high school at Chandler Online Academy. She is an outstanding young lady who excels in both ice hockey and her academics. Going to online school allowed for her to capitalize on the opportunity to attend the North American Hockey Academy in Vermont during each year, while completing her Honors and AP high school courses with outstanding success. In the fall, she will attend St. Anselm College in New Hampshire, as an NCAA Division I ice hockey player. It has been a privilege to watch Kenadie flourish, competing in a sport she has such a passion for. Her ability to focus, train, learn, live away from home and still keep everything organized will be a tremendous asset to her in this next part of her journey. Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Christian Walstad is a Chandler Online Academy senior who has done incredible work online. He plans to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and then will attend the University of Utah where he will pursue a career in the medical field. Christian has worked hard and earned a 4.15 GPA which is a reflection of his grit and determination to do well in spite of hardships. We are excited for his future success. Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Catherine Baxter is a Chandler Online Academy senior who is looking forward to her next adventure at ASU Barrett Honors College studying civil engineering. Her hard work in high school has resulted in her being awarded a New American University Merit Scholarship as well as the Provost Scholarship at ASU. While in high school Catherine took many college courses and was extremely successful at that level. We look forward to seeing all that Catherine accomplishes in this next phase of her journey. Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) Scot Lewis was named the 2018-19 Chandler Online Academy Teacher of the Year. Scot teaches Music Appreciation and Junior High Exploring Music. Scot is currently the director of bands at Andersen Junior High.
Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) Congratulations to Chandler Online Academy/Hamilton High School student Luke Linder for winning the 2019 Junior Olympic gold medal in Junior Men's Sabre Fencing. He is the #1 ranked Cadet in the country! We are so proud of him and all of his accomplishments. He will represent the United States at the Cadet World Championships in Torun, Poland in April.
Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) Congratulations to Kenadie Cooper who signed to play NCAA Division I Women's Ice Hockey at St. Anselm College in New Hampshire for the 2019-2020 school year.
Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) Chandler Online Academy had its first-ever back-to-school night for their fulltime online students. The event was held at Chief Hill Learning Academy and nearly 100 students attended. Everyone participated in a trivia competition, learned valuable information regarding online enrollment, met COA teachers, office staff, and received a student ID. Papa John's supported COA by donating pizza for the event. Chandler Online Academy has almost 150 full-time students and is currently providing online courses for more than 1,000 students within the district.
Chandler Online Academy - (2018-2019) Chandler Online Academy and Basha High teacher Brigette Burge was recently selected as one of the Arizona Diamondbacks Most Valuable Teachers for August (sponsored by Papa John's). She was nominated by former student Caitlin Personale. Brigette will receive 10 tickets and free parking to the August 24 game vs. the Seattle Mariners, special on-field pregame recognition, $1,000 grant for classroom supplies, and a Papa John's Pizza Party for the class. Chandler Online Academy - (2017-2018) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Molly Woodward was Chandler Online Academy's valedictorian this year. Molly's ability to balance rigorous academic courses along with her intense ballet training at the Brooksher Ballet Academy has been impressive. Molly is off to pursue a career dancing with an elite ballet company. Chandler Online Academy - (2017-2018) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Reid Miller has spent the past four years at Chandler Online Academy and playing ice hockey for the North American Hockey League in Pennsylvania. He was able to train/play out of state and still do very well academically. He graduates with the goal of attending college back east while pursuing a career in professional ice hockey in either the United States or Canada. Chandler Online Academy Seniors Highlights
Chandler Online Academy - (2017-2018) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Jadyn Gordon graduated with her high school diploma from Chandler Online Academy, and she was able to finish the Nursing program at EVIT (East Valley Institute of Technology) and earn her LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) diploma as well. She currently works at Banner Hospital in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and will continue to do so as she attends Arizona State University in the fall to pursue a major in Nursing and Health Innovation. Chandler Online Academy - (2017-2018) SENIOR HIGHLIGHT: Camden Pulkinen attended Chandler Online Academy and trained at the United States Ice Skating Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the past four years. Not only was he able to graduate high school, but he won the silver at the Junior Grand Prix (JPG) Final 2017, was the 2017 JPG Austria Champion, and is the 2018 U.S. National Junior Champion. He also placed 6th in the World Championships this year. Camden will attend the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs this fall and pursue his goal of skating in the Olympics in 2022 in Bejing, China. Chandler Online Academy Seniors Highlights

Chandler Online Academy - (2015-2016) Chandler Online Academy has provided online courses to more than 1,300 students between July, 2015 and January, 2016. That is more than the total number of students we supported in online courses in 2014-2015! Enrollment is open until April 1, 2016.
Chandler Online Academy - (2015-2016) By enrolling as a full-time online student at COA where she could continue in her honors and AP senior level course of study, Hannah O'Sullivan was able to train for and travel to compete in US and international golf tournaments, ultimately earning the titles: #1 ranked girl player in the AJGA Polo Rankings, #1 ranked female amateur player in the U.S., and #2 ranked amateur female player in the world. With a GPA of 4.4857, Hannah will attend USC on scholarship in the Fall of 2016.
Chandler Online Academy - (2015-2016) At Chandler Online Academy during the 2014-15 school year, six students completed requirements to graduate early, and our graduating class totaled 42. For the 2015-2016 school year, 11 seniors have already completed requirements to graduate by January 2016, and we are anticipating a graduating class of at least 60 by May 2016.

Chandler Online Academy - (2012-2013) All Chandler Online Academy online classes are on the NCAA approved course list.
Chandler Online Academy - (2012-2013) Full-time Enrollment- Students can take all classes necessary to graduate high school, beginning in 7th grade, online from home. Chandler Online Academy offers enrollment continuously throughout the school year and students can enroll and start a full schedule of online classes, any day of the week.
Chandler Online Academy - (2012-2013) Concurrent Enrollment- Students can take part of their full schedule of classes at a CUSD brick & mortar school combined with 1 or more classes online from home.
Chandler Online Academy - (2012-2013) Part-time Enrollment- Students can take a class online to supplement a full schedule of classes at their brick & mortar school.
