Welcome! I am super excited to be at Hamilton High School teaching mathematics. I look forward to having a great year helping the students grow and achieve their goals.
My Education and Professional Background
I have been teaching since 1996 after receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education Mathematics from Arizona State University. In 2001, I earned my master's degree is in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to teaching high school, I have been in administration in a local school district, as well as an adjunct professor at the community college level and have taught for a year at the university.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe every student can acheive greatness with the proper support. I have high standards for my students and scaffold the work and activities to assist them in reaching these goals.
