Thank you for your interest in Arizona College Prep High School!Important Date Change!!! The CUSD Governing Board and District Office have changed the date that open enrollment begins.
Open enrollment will now begin on November 12, 2024 at 7:30am for the 2025-2026 school year.*** Please choose the correct enrollment option from the menu on the left-hand side of this web page***← ← ← ← ←Open Enrollment F.A.Q.'s1. Please DO NOT submit multiple applications to ACPHS. This is a courtesy request. Multiple emails for the same student takes away from processing time and delays the response time.2. Please scan and email your documents as a PDF, or bring your documents in person. Photographs of the documents and/or screenshots will not be accepted.3. If you apply to multiple CUSD schools for the same student, both applications may be denied. (You cannot apply to ACPHS, Basha, Casteel, Chandler, Hamilton or Perry at the same time.)4. You will be notified by the CUSD District Office, as to whether your open enrollment application is approved or denied. The district office will notify you by US Mail using the address you provided on the open enrollment application.5. Processing of applications takes 6-8 weeks before you will be notified of your status.6. Please DO NOT send birth certificates, utility bills, immunizations, etc. You are simply applying to attend ACPHS and not registering. Should your application be approved, the registrar will reach out to you and inform you of what documents are needed. Please only submit grades, attendance, and discipline reports along with your completed open enrollment application.7. If you send your open enrollment application, and then send the supporting documents in a separate email, (grade report, attendance report, discipline report, IEP/504-if applicable), you run the risk of delaying the response to your application, as it will appear that your application is incomplete. It is best to be prepared and send everything in one email.8. Siblings of current ACPHS students who will be returning next year are not guaranteed a place at our school. You must submit an open enrollment application, and it is first-come/first-served based on the date and timestamp of your application.9. Currently, 8th grade students at ACP Middle School automatically roll over to ACP High School. However, please always look for information from the ACPMS registrar and follow their instructions. Should this process change, they will be one of the first people to know and will get the information out to parents.Questions about Open Enrollment?
