My Education and Professional Background
I attended Arizona State University for my undergraduate degree in Psychology and then continued at ASU to receive a Master's of Counseling. After receiving my Master's of Counseling I immediately started working at CHS as a School Counselor where I worked for 17 years before moving to the Lift Lab to teach for the 2020-21 school year. After a few years in counseling I continued my education and received a Master's in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
My Educational Philosophy
Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. Nelson Mandela I like this quote because you can change your own world with education which often has a ripple effect in those around you. Education is an opportunity for you to gain more personal power in your life and to give you more options in your future.
