    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been an educator for 6 years now. This is my second year at Chandler High School. Before this, I taught in El Paso, Texas .I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years.I Graduated from the Culinary Institute  of America  and The Art Institute International with a culinary & baking and pastry degree. I have worked at amazing companies like Aramark , Darden , Hyatt , and Walt Disney World in fine dining. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    My goal is to create a warm welcoming classroom environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes. I want the school year to be fun and full of learning experiences. My goal is to not only teach you cooking skills you can use from now until forever ,but to inspired to be the best version of yourself. Together we will grow, learn from each other, best of all cook delicious food and make great memories. I expect all of you to act professional ,be responsible, and take ownership of your learning experience.
