    Hola! I'm Dr. Lemon-Rogers. I'm teaching Spanish 2 in room E219.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I began teaching in 2013 and since then have taught Spanish language courses at the university, community, high school and middle school level.

    I earned my PhD in Hispanic Studies in 2020, my MA in Hispanic Literatures in 2015, and my BA in Spanish and Humanities in 2011. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    My motivation for teaching is my love of learning. My goal is to create opportunities for my students to learn communication skills so they can pursue their interests and goals. In my courses, I expect students to learn to think complexly about the world they inhabit and to develop the skills they need to navigate their futures.
