• Student Parking 2024-2025

     

    The payment and application for student parking passes for the 2024 - 2025 school year will be available beginning Monday, July 8th, 2024 at 8:00 AM.

     The Student Single Occupant Parking Application is a two-step, online-only process. Students are required to have their driver’s license BEFORE they apply for a parking pass. A driver’s permit is not acceptable.

    1.        Payment for Parking Pass: A parent must pay for the parking pass through their parent portal in Infinite Campus (IC). Students cannot do this through their IC log in; it must be done through the parent portal. [Parents with a student who is new to Hamilton–please be aware that you will not be able to purchase a parking pass until your student has completed the enrollment process.]

     

    Instructions for online payment through your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus: 

    a.            Under the “More” tab, select “InTouch Fees and Payments.”

    b.            Select your student’s name and under “Shop”, select “Items at student’s school.”

    c.             Select “Husky Days–Online Registration.”

    d.            Select “Parking Permit–$60.”

    e.            Add to cart and check out.

    f.              Keep a copy of your receipt as you will need the receipt number as proof of payment.

     

    2.            Complete Parking Pass Application: This application must be completed using the student’s gse email account. You will need the following information to complete the application: student ID number, driver’s license number, vehicle make, model & color, insurance company, policy number & expiration date, as well as the receipt number you received after completing step 1 above. Applications are time stamped once submitted and are processed accordingly. Click the link below to get started.

    Parking pass pick up/delivery:

    ·         If the student has completed the both steps of the application process by Friday, July 12th, 2024 at noon, the student will be able to pick up their parking pass at Hamilton on Monday, July 15th or Tuesday, July 16th between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the North entrance near the E wing. Please bring a picture ID.

    ·         If the student has not completed both steps of the online application by Friday, July 12th, 2024 at noon, the student parking pass will be delivered to the student’s classroom within 5 business days of completion of both steps. 

    We understand that for the first few days of school, students may not yet have their assigned parking spot and pass. These students may park in the southwest corner of the parking lot, closest to the softball fields.

    CARPOOL–The student parking lot has a select number of carpool spots available. Students MUST have a valid HHS Carpool Parking Pass to park in a carpool spot, To qualify for a carpool spot, both drivers MUST have their driver’s license.
