I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Secondary Education History with a Minor in Political Science from Arizona State University. I am currently in the process of getting my master's degree in American History from Pace University in conjunction with Gilder Lerhman. This summer I participated in a research fellowship with the Monticello Teachers Institute. This year will be my sixth year as a teacher.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that every student has the capability to learn and thrive in the classroom if they work hard and are given the right resources to help them along the way! Those resources are key- as an educator I will do my best to meet my students' needs through providing creative/differentiated instruction, sufficient opportunities, and a safe learning environment.
