Welcome to Choir at Casteel! Whether you are an accomplished performer, or brand new to singing, there is a Casteel Choir for you! There are 7 choirs at Casteel (6 choir classes and 1 club-based mens' choir). Casteel Choirs sing a variety of music: jazz, classical, show tunes, pop, folk, and foreign language.

  • Bachelor of Music in Choral Music Education, Arizona State University
  • Master of Education in Counseling/Human Relations, Northern Arizona University
  • Choral Director, Gilbert HS, 1998-2000
  • Choral Director, SanTan JHS, 2011-2015
  • Choral Accompanist and vocal coach,Basha HS, 2003-2015
  • Private voice and piano teacher, 1993-2015
  • Owner/Director of AZ Broadway Kids, a summer musical theater camp for kids, 2004-2018
  • Proud member of American Choral Director's Association and National Association for Music Education
  • Originally from Mesa, AZ
  • Happily married with 4 children
  • Interests include traveling, watching movies, eating out, attending musical productions, reading, baking bread, and spending time with family and friends
