Welcome to American/Arizona History! I am thrilled to be a part of Casteel High School. Together we will be engaged in the story of who we are as Americans and how we came to be what we are now. You will be asked to critically read, write, think and engage as we journey through time. Our class will be amazing because everybody contributes to its success!
My Education and Professional Background
I earned my Bachelors Degree in Education from Arizona State University and my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. With near 20 years of teaching, and over ten years in CUSD, I still love the challenge and variety that education provides.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that all students have an ability to learn and with guidance and support can make a difference in themselves and our world.
