Volunteer Opportunities
Make a difference in your community! Volunteering not only enhances our community, it also gives you an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and build your college application.
Saving One Life Animal Rescue is looking for student volunteers to help in the adoption center. Volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of two 2 hour shifts per month. Hours are available Mon-Sat between 9am-9pm and Sundays between 9am-6pm. If interested, please email Debbie Johnson.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) strives to eliminate starvation in children throughout the world by helping to instill compassion in people to hear and respond to the cries of those in need. Volunteers hand-pack meals specially formulated for malnourished children, and we send them to partners around the world where they're used to operate orphanages, schools, clinics and feeding programs to break the cycle of poverty.
HandsOn Greater Phoenix is a non-profit organization committed to building strong communities by advancing volunteerism and civic engagement in the Valley. Through partnerships with more than 300 community service organizations and area businesses, HandsOn Greater Phoenix provides year-round hands-on service projects and leadership and issue education opportunities for busy people.
House of Refuge is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) that provides supportive services and transitional housing to homeless families. House of Refuge is a work program with case management services, employment support and transitional housing.
Our volunteer program significantly impacts our ability to serve homeless families in our community. We continually have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities.
