    Welcome!

    My name is Dr. Nicole Figley and I am excited to be returning to Casteel High School, for my 8th year, as one of the School Psychologists. This year I will be working primarily with grades 9-11. My husband and I recently celebrated our 16 year wedding anniversary and have 4 amazing children. Two are graduates of CUSD and two who attend here at Casteel.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been fortunate to work for such a great school district since 2006. First as a classroom teacher, and now entering my eleventh year as a School Psychologist. Prior to coming to Chandler, I worked in the Alhambra district. Throughout my 18 years in education I have gained a wide variety of experiences, working with a diverse population of students who have a variety of educational needs. I obtained my Doctor of Psychology Degree (Psy.D) in School Psychology in 2015 and I also hold a Masters Degree in School Psychology, a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Education. I currently hold a valid K-8 teacher certification along with being a certified school psychologist.
