Bonnie Helene Irvine McNamara, aka, Mrs. Mac, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and attended school in Tempe. Her love for languages started at an early age, having grown up around many languages and cultural experiences. She speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Mrs. Mac has been teaching since 2002, and was a Basha Bear from 2004 until 2017 and now proud to be a Casteel Colt! She has a Bachelor's degree in French and Masters in Secondary Curriculum with an emphasis on English as a Second Language. She is certified in French, Spanish, English and ESL. She has vast experiences in teaching all levels of world languages, having studied and spoken French for over 30 years, the better part of her life!
Mrs. Mac is honored to be a teacher to the best students in the West! She has a family consisting of her husband Michael, son David who attends the U of A and four rescue doggies! Her favorite thing is Hello Kitty.
