Mindfulness is the practice of being fully aware of yourself and your surroundings in the present moment and without judgment.
Benefits of practicing mindfulness include:

Casteel High School has a beautiful Mindfulness Room that helps create an environment where students can learn and practice simple mindfulness strategies.
